Went from .13 kWh to .24187 kWh. I was on variable rate, which I knew fluctuated, but not to the point of raping a customer.

I contacted Texas Public Utility and they informed me there is no ceiling on what Dynowatt can charge (variable rate). Public Utility Commission did give detailed instructions as to filing a complaint. I highly recommend Power To Choose web site, and for all to make a complaint to Public Utility Commission. Only person I heard to get their bill reduced was a man in metroplex, (Dallas/Ft.

Worth) and he contacted a local news station about his outrageous bill.

Good Luck to all.
