We received a bill with an outstanding amount for approximately $700 for one month of service. The company utilized a variable rate plan and raised our rate ~100% in month.

When we tried to call and discuss the issue at hand, the manager on duty told us we had no option but to pay the bill. They ofered to extend a one year term at an abbove averager price, but offered no other optins to help retain us as a customer.

Despite being loyal customers for over 2 years, we were treated like ***, and will never work with this company again. I recommend you don't either.

Monetary Loss: $600.
