Stay away from this elctric company if you want to preserve your sanity. They will charge late fees even when payments are made in full, before the due date.
I did try to contact their Customer Service Department before posting this complaint but they were totally useless. Customer Service can not explain why I'm being charged late fees, month after month or how I may prevent it from happening in the future, other than to state that they have "some problems". They were extemely nice on the phone but offered absolutely no help and no assurance that next month's bill will not have late fees.
I have already spent 3 hours on the phone trying to sort this issue and obtained absolutely zero resolution. I'm changing electric providers.
